Authors
abstract
based on some stationary periodic solutions and stationary soliton solutions, one studies the general solution for the relative lax system, and a number of exact solutions to the korteweg-de vries (kdv) equation are first constructed by the known darboux transformation, these solutions include double and triple singular periodic solutions as well as singular soliton solutions whose amplitude depend on some rational functions.

Explicit multiple singular periodic solutions and singular soliton solutions to KdV equation
Based on some stationary periodic solutions and stationary soliton solutions, one studies the general solution for the relative lax system, and a number of exact solutions to the Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation are first constructed by the known Darboux transformation, these solutions include double and triple singular periodic solutions as well as singular soliton solutions whose amplitude d...
full textPositive Periodic Solutions of Singular First Order Functional Difference Equation
In this paper, we consider the following singular first order functional difference equation Δx(k) = −a(k)x(k) + λb(k)f(x(k − τ(k))), k ∈ Z where f(.) is singular at x = 0. By using a Kranoselskii fixed point theorem, we will establish the existence and multiplicity of positive periodic solutions for the above problem. The results obtained are new, and some examples are given to illustrate our ...
full textThe (2+1) and (3+1)-Dimensional CBS Equations: Multiple Soliton Solutions and Multiple Singular Soliton Solutions
In this work, the generalized (2+1) and (3+1)-dimensional Calogero-Bogoyavlenskii-Schiff equations are studied. We employ the Cole-Hopf transformation and the Hirota bilinear method to derive multiple-soliton solutions and multiple singular soliton solutions for these equations. The necessary conditions for complete integrability of each equation are derived.

Via the semi-inverse method, variational principles are established for the Drinfeld-Sokolov-Wilson (DSW) equation. Based on the obtained variational formulations, exact solitary solution and exact singular periodic wave solution can be obtained using the variational approach.

In this paper, we obtain new existence results for multiple positive solutions of a delay singular differential boundary-value problem. Our main tool is the fixed point index method.
full textThe singular solutions to a singular quadratic
A number of generalizations of singular cluacfratic minimization theory for the finitetime case are considered. Also new stahilit,y results are derived for the infinite time problem, and novel techniques are intr(xluccd to facilitate the derivation of singular solutions for this case. of significance is the fact that the ncw results make evident the duality that exists between singular control ...
